Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated.

Refunds for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are processed within 1 to 2 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests sent through social media platforms or unofficial channels will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after dispatch, please accept the delivery and follow the process mentioned in our Refund and Return Policy.

Cash on Delivery Order Cancellation

Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation through call, message, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

If confirmation is not received, the order may be cancelled automatically.

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in restriction or removal of the COD option for future purchases.

Prepaid Order Refunds

For prepaid orders cancelled successfully before dispatch, the refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund timelines depend on the bank or payment provider and usually reflect within 3 to 7 working days.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Infinitybazar reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including product unavailability, incorrect or incomplete address details, or orders flagged as high risk.

In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
